The Boozy Bird team did a good job of making sure the place feels familiar for those who knew the old Carrollton Chop Shop, and inviting for newcomers, too. Has it changed? Yes. Do the pool tables get used? Absolutely. But it’s evolved into a brighter version of what it used to be—a casual spot with eclectic food, well-priced drinks, and all kinds of regulars.

The portions were generous, the food well-presented, and the atmosphere suitable for all ages, creating an unforgettable visit with impeccable service and impressive attention to detail.

Now we have this energetic fusion that works surprisingly well. Somehow, both the classic pub atmosphere and the new Kpop-driven energy feel like headliners (and the spicy stir fried chicken with cheese is as addictive as ever).

Overall, the experience is more streamlined now, with pizzas consistently ready for pickup, hot from the oven with that satisfying crunchy crust and super cheesy stuffed crust. We like this practical, consistently great version better.
