With knowledgeable servers and a kid-friendly setup, it’s become a local haunt where the jumbo wings stand out and the Monte Cristo sandwich arrives quickly. While prices run slightly higher than average, the quality keeps us coming back.

There’s no guarantee you’re going to love every wing sauce you try but, we think, there’s a reasonable guarantee you’re going to enjoy HJ Wings & Things. In fact, anyone that doesn’t appreciate their perfectly cooked scorcher wings with a side of pink rare mushroom Swiss burger, crispy kids’ meals, and friendly attentive service for around $25 is pretty hard to please in our book.

This highly acclaimed spot is just a short drive from some of Georgia’s best small-town charm, but we should probably say that the town is lucky to have one of the area’s most exciting dining experiences.
The Philly Cheesesteak Fries, Norman’s Pick, and that phenomenal Mexican burger are all essentials here, especially with their thoughtful dairy-free and gluten-free options. The friendly staff provides top-notch service in a cool outdoor atmosphere where the drinks are amazing and the prices remain reasonable—making it easy to understand why regulars call it the best restaurant ever and plan their return before the check even arrives.
